Champagne Conversations Podcast

As part of her recent 60th birthday celebration, themed The Champagne Chapter Celebration, Tonita Few was interviewed by great friend, Kenia Caze Thompson, host of PBS’s Black Issues Forum! One question asked of Tonita was to explain the meaning of the Champagne Chapter. Her response included borrowing lyrics from the themed song, Champagne Life by R&B artist, Ne-Yo, “trouble is just a bubble in a champagne glass”. Simply put, the worries and frustrations of life will come, BUT, just like the bubbles when champagne is poured, they only last for a moment. Once the storm has passed, we celebrate! 

 

Always looking for ways to share her gift of storytelling, Tonita will launch the Champagne Conversations Podcast: Spoken Words of Resilience and Celebration in 2026. Guests will share personal stories of celebrating life’s everyday joys through intention and mindfulness!  There is power in unmuting silenced voices. There is always someone who needs to hear the messages we are often too afraid to share.
